In this lesson you will learn how to model kempston pro joystick using polygons plus NURBS. For a Reference image you can search in Google Images.
Let us create by creating a polygon box 9 units wide, 1 unit high, plus 8 units deep with 2 height subdivisions and select top and bottom face and scale it until you find result similar the one shown in figure 1.
Choose edges highlighted on picture plus then polygon>edit mesh/bevel. In bevel options set segments to 8 as shown in shape 2.
Choose edges highlighted on picture plus delete them as shown below.
